Downloading in Zones
Why is there a download in a zone when nothing has changed? When I went to my guild hall, I got like 47 file download. I thought wow they improved it and then I ran around looking to find something that was not there before, and found nothing.
Why do you get downloads in zones that didnt change 1 bit? |

I think it was to lessen the server hit (with file downloads) that anet is getting right now
 I was getting updates pre current massive update in towns that had nothing to do with PvP. |
